Terms and Conditions
This contract (hereinafter referred to as "Contract"), as a distance contract, is governed pursuant to art. 50 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code"). This contractual obligation concerns the sale of movable goods between Abeille, Via Reggiolo 21/a, 24026 Cazzano Sant'Andrea (BG), VAT and the consumer (the "Customer"). The Contract is deemed concluded directly through the acceptance by Abeille of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer by telephone or via the internet at the page www.abeillecamiceria.it ("Site").
These general terms and conditions of sale ("General Conditions") and, in particular, the information referred to in art. 59 of the Consumer Code, as provided by Abeille during the sale, repeated by phone to the Customer and reported on the Site, will remain valid and effective until they are modified and/or integrated by Abeille. Any changes and/or additions to the General Conditions will be effective from the date they are communicated to the public and will apply to sales made from that date. The latest updated version of these General Conditions is available on the Site.
The Contract is finalized at the time of payment, by sending the order confirmation to the customer.
The customer has 24 hours to withdraw from the contract obtaining a full refund, without any penalty and without specifying the reason. After 24 hours it will no longer be possible to cancel the order as the processing and creation of the custom-made garment will have begun.
The Customer will be allowed to choose one of the following payment methods: by credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, bank transfer.
If the customer purchases more garments of the same product category for the first time, Abeille will initially proceed with the making of only one garment (subject to agreement with the customer), to verify its correct fit. As soon as the garment is confirmed by the customer, the creation of the other ordered garments will proceed.
Customer Obligations
The Customer declares and guarantees: to be a consumer according to the provisions of art. 3 of the Consumer Code; to be of legal age; that the data provided by him for the execution of the Contract are correct and truthful.
Prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Prices do not include any local taxes and customs duties which are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly upon receipt of the goods.
Shirts will normally be ready within 30 working days from receipt of payment. Shipping will be carried out by express courier with a delivery time that varies based on the destination.
Delivery days may be modified in case of temporary unavailability of fabrics or other chosen materials. Delivery days will increase during company closure periods (customers will find this information on the website) or due to delays by the express courier for which the supplier will not be held responsible.
In the event that the customer is not available at the time of delivery, any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Purchase Guarantees
Each product is handmade, individually, according to the specifications indicated by the customer and the necessary tailoring fit. Being a manual process and dealing with different materials, it may happen that the dimensions of the finished shirt vary slightly. By proceeding with the purchase, the customer accepts that there may be slight tolerances between the measurements of the finished shirts and the related pattern. Any complaints will be accepted only in case of significant discrepancies or production errors.
On the website www.abeillecamiceria.it, fabrics and finished products are represented photographically in the most realistic way possible and accompanied by a description. However, due to the digital rendering of images on the web, various screen settings, or other conditions, it is possible that the images of the products online do not perfectly correspond to reality. By proceeding with the purchase, the customer accepts that there may be small discrepancies in this regard.
Returns and Refunds
Pursuant to art. 59, second paragraph, of the Consumer Code, the Customer does not have the right of withdrawal in the case of supply of tailor-made or personalized products. If the garment in question has significant size differences compared to the chosen size, the customer must contact us by phone or email. We will try together to solve the problem through photographs. If it is necessary to inspect the garment, the customer must request a return. After approval, it will be the customer's responsibility to send the garment in the condition in which it was received, with the original packaging at their own expense. The garment must be sent to:

Jurisdiction
The Contract is governed by Italian law.
Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation, and violation of the Contract will be under the jurisdiction of the Court where the Customer has their residence or domicile, if located in the territory of the Italian State, or the Court of Milan, if the Customer has their residence or domicile abroad.
